Delivery to International countries other than UAE
The Customer shall be responsible to pay the customs fee/duties to receive the order in their country. Custom fees are determined by the destination country and must be paid by customer.
General Delivery Conditions
We are constantly striving to make your shopping experience with Borncelebs a pleasant one. All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm. Orders placed outside of working hours (9am-6pm) and/or during any public holidays will be deemed placed on the first working day following the Order's submission.
Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. Order delivery may face delays during promotion periods, sale season and public holidays. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or you request a postponement of the delivery. It is your duty to ensure you are available to receive the Order delivery.

We will keep you informed to ensure a smooth customer experience and maintain satisfaction throughout this high-demand season.
Tracking & Address Changes
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a dedicated link to track your order in real time. You can also track the progress of your order anytime in the "My Orders" section of your account. Our customer care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address.
