Borncelebs provides standard order delivery and shipping on all prepaid orders for United Arab Emirates as set out below.

  1. Next Day Delivery: If you order before cut-off time as set out in the table below, your order is delivered the next day.
  2. Free Shipping for all prepaid orders in the United Arab Emirates upon terms and conditions as set out in the table below.
  3. We will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times. If you are unavailable, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded.

General Delivery Conditions

We are constantly striving to make your shopping experience with Borncelebs a pleasant one. All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm. Orders placed outside of working hours (9am-6pm) and/or during any public holidays will be deemed placed on the first working day following the Order's submission.

Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. Order delivery may face delays during promotion periods, sale season and public holidays. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or you request a postponement of the delivery. It is your duty to ensure you are available to receive the Order delivery.

Sale Periods

Given the potential unpredictability of order volumes in sales season and high demand season, along with increased traffic in malls and on roads—there could be possible extended delivery timelines. We will keep you informed to ensure a smooth customer experience and maintain satisfaction throughout this high-demand season. 

Tracking & Address Changes

Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a dedicated link to track your order in real time. You can also track the progress of your order anytime in the "My Orders" section of your account. Our customer care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address.
