We take pride in our products but if for any case you wish to return any product, the following return policy shall applicable.
This policy sets out the terms and conditions for return of products after delivery which have return option mentioned in their details.
This Policy along with the terms and conditions applies to all the products sold on www.borncelebs.com (“website”)
Conditions for Returns:
Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns section, we offer a returns policy on most of our products sold on our website which allows the customer (“you”) to return delivered products to us for any reason within the first 14 (Fourteen) days after the delivery of your order, free of charge.
- In order to qualify for a refund, all products (including promotional gift products accompanying the Order) must be returned to us within 14 (fourteen) days of order delivery and meet the following conditions failing which the returns will be rejected:
- Products must be unaltered, unused and in original condition, color and fittings.
- Products should not be found to be worn, used, damaged, or soiled.
- Products must be in their original packaging/box/dust cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/tote bags/instructions still attached. Authenticity cards, where provided, should also be returned.
- If the item is opened, the item should be folded and packed as it was received in the original packaging before returning
- Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality inspection. If the product inspection is successful, the return will be processed and refund will be initiated. Otherwise, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
- Complaints for missing/damaged/wrong products delivered should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse orders from customers with excessive returns levels. However, nothing in this returns policy is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under applicable law.
All prepaid orders are final and we do not offer any cancellations and refunds.
How to make a return request?

STEP 1: Log in to Place a Return Request and view your order. Select the item(s) you wish to return and state the reason.
STEP 2: You will receive an email within 1 to 2 days on your request status.
STEP 3: Pack the item(s) into the original packaging.
STEP 4: You will be notified via email once your parcel reaches us. Further instructions will be provided in the email.
